Digitalization engineer - new technologies H/F

We are looking for a Digitalization Engineer for our entity (Powertrain Engineering Test Center) at the Lyon Saint-Priest site.

In this role, you will work with the business teams to identify digital transformation opportunities and design customised solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our processes. You will be responsible for the implementation of these solutions and their integration with the company's existing systems.

Responsibilities:

- Identify digital transformation opportunities within the Powertrain Engineering Test Centre by assessing existing business processes and proposing digital solutions to improve them.
- Evaluate the benefits & resources required to implement the solutions
- Design, develop and implement bespoke digital solutions to meet business needs.
- Coordinate with other technical teams to ensure digital solutions are compatible with existing systems / Build on existing IT skills
- Test and deploy new digital solutions and train employees in their use.
- Monitor and evaluate the results of the digital transformation, ensuring that the digital solutions continue to meet the needs of the business over time.

Profile:
  • Master Degree in computer science, software engineering or related field.
  • Professional experience in digital business transformation.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and project management skills.
  • Strong technical skills in programming languages, databases, web development technologies, etc.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with people from different fields of expertise.
