Human Resources & Organization Development supports the organization across the world in attracting and developing our people, in ensuring motivating performance & reward management, efficient Capacity Planning and not least, in driving us into becoming the best learning organization in our industry.
We are the Learning Strategies team, an international team of ambitious and engaged colleagues, working in agile mode to boost the competence development of the whole Volvo Group. We foster an environment where ideas, thoughts and opinions can be shared. We are team players with clear common ambitions, taking ownership and empowerment, we win together. You will report to the Head of Learning Strategies.

We are on an exciting digital transformation journey and the magnitude of the change is great. As Associate Learning Strategies, you will play a role in this change by establishing and executing together with the organization the learning strategies and significant competence shift required in our Digital Transformation. You will be a key player in our ambition to become the best learning organization in our industry.

These will be some selected responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance our Learning frameworks and tools
  • Manage operational activities with HR and leaders
  • Develop pedagogical content for our learning offer and hub
  • Analyze data to drive decisions/priorities/target groups
  • Support the organization in executing reskilling/upskilling programs
  • Build a strong relationship with learning portfolio owners, Volvo Academies, Subject Matter Experts in the organization
  • Benchmark, innovate and follow trends on ways of learning, build learning events, campaigns
  • Key contributor to product backlog managed by Learning Strategies Product Owners

Who are you?
You are a person willing to take the first step of a career in the Digital & IT organization. You look for international work environment, you are a team player that have the ability to build relationships with colleagues and leaders. You are flexible and like to work in a high pace environment. Having competences in the following domains will be important: digital agility (Sharepoint, Office 365, etc.), communication (English), User Experience design, data analytics, social networks, event management, Learning Management Systems. You are committed with a growth mindset.
