Executive Assistant | President & Managing Director’s Office, Volvo Group India

Responsibilities and Duties -

  • Direct all administrative and operative activities for the Managing Director (MD) and ensure timely completion of initiatives

  • Manage the schedule of the MD efficiently

  • Own action-item tracking and follow-through to resolution.

  • Maintain accurate confidential files and data records for the MD.

  • Assist in the preparation of effective communication material for internal and external stakeholders in different contexts

  • Prep for, set up and support management meetings.

  • Identify, prioritize and surface topics and issues that require MD’s attention along with suggestions for mitigation or resolution.

Skills & Qualifications -

  • Postgraduate with 5+ years of management experience in a large corporation is required

  • Excellent senior stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills

  • Extremely detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving skills

  • Proactive mindset and comfort with ambiguity to identify and solve issues

  • Demonstrable experience managing high-profile projects with sensitive information.

  • High Level Expertise in MS Office, esp: PowerPoint
