Job Description :
  • To Manage a sub-process and team
  • To strengthen the Leadership of sub-team/process
  • Effective Workload Management in the team
  • To establish an effective professional relationship with Key stakeholders like Chief Accountants, Business partners
  • Key Single point of contact at a high level for a sub-unit/ sub process
  • To monitor effectively the KPIs and PI's of the process and take effective measures to ensure the trends are positioned and is on continuous improvement
  • To Develop competencies of the team and improve their skill Sets
  • Provide substantive support in solving problems or provide improvements for partners served by the Department.
  • Motivate the team to achieve desired results
  • Ensure adequate internal control measures are in place and fully comply with Internal and External audit requirements
  • Ensure End to End Accounting knowledge is developed within the team
  • Empower the team and develop Core Leads by giving opportunities and support to solve complex problems and thereby enhance the skills of team members
  • Create and develop VPS Mindset within the team.
  • Create reports and generate adequate information for health monitoring and control of the process and as needed by Management or Partners
  • Create a healthy rapport with various partners and resolve their issues in a timely manner
  • Support on SDM Scope and other upcoming projects
Must To have Skills :
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience gained in the accounting area, including at least 3 years of Lead or people manager within Accounting Services.
  • Very good knowledge of End to End process knowledge, Good communication skills, SAP working knowledge Teamwork attitude and service minded
Good To have Skills:
  • Preferable experience in working with SAP Exposure to GL, AP, AR, FA Module.
  • Preferable experience from the Manufacturing industry/ shared service experience is a plus)
