Delivery Manager / PO - Internal Developer Platform

As part of DevSecOps platforms, you will be leading a team building an Internal Developer Platform.

Thru platform you will promote self-service, discoverability, and reusability of software assets across the organization.
You will be driving a product-based approach and working closely with stream-aligned teams identifying what abstractions and software templates should be exposed thru the platform.
Your team's mission will be to constantly improve the developer experience and remove cognitive load by promoting Golden Paths, opinionated software templates developed together with stream-aligned teams.
Thru platform you build a service catalog and promote reusability and composable architecture.

These are some selected responsibilities:
As Product Owner, you will be responsible for turning the product vision into a working product aligned with the business objectives.
You will be responsible for the product roadmap and work with different stakeholders on backlog prioritization, and implementation and to ensure alignment with needs to deliver most of the value.

Required competencies​​​​​​​:

• You have a technical background and have worked for 8+ years as a software engineer/architect.
• You have a deep understanding of software development lifecycle and practices.
• You understand how developers work and how software is built and delivered.
• You have a deep understanding of the DevSecOps approach, and tools and platforms like Github, and Azure DevOps.
• Practical experience with IaC tools like Terraform, and Ansible.
• Practical experience with Cloud and Cloud Native platforms.
• You have practical knowledge of product-based software development.
• You have experience in planning, executing, and delivering digital products.
• You have experience in facilitating communication with stakeholders around product development.
• You have experience in leading and supporting teams in building platforms.
• Strong knowledge and experience in modern IT methodologies and software life cycles.
