De Volvo truckfabriek in Gent is de grootste vrachtwagenfabriek van de Volvo Groep wereldwijd! Elke dag assembleren bijna 2000 collega's hier trucks van topkwaliteit.

Je komt terecht in een gepassioneerd communicatieteam dat bestaat uit drie communicatie-collega's, een collega die zorgt voor logistieke ondersteuning (printwerk, fotografie…) en de directeur communicatie. Voor de praktische organisatie van bezoeken en events heb je uiteraard ook veel contact met collega's uit andere afdelingen.

Als stagiair Events & Company Visits Coordinator krijg je onder meer de kans om:

- bedrijfsbezoeken te organiseren en alle praktische zaken daarrond te regelen
- de nodige interne communicatie te verzorgen: onze medewerkers weten ook graag wie op bezoek komt!
- bedrijfspresentaties op maat van het bezoek te maken en te pimpen volgens onze Volvo look & feel
- te helpen bij het uitdenken en organiseren van interne events
