Role description
  • Transform business stakeholder questions/issues/needs into unambiguous technical specifications.
  • Become a Data expert on one or more business domain knowledge to draw conclusions and answer business stakeholders' questions.
  • Design and implement dashboards using advanced visualisation tools.
  • Be an active member of the Data Analyst Chapter, sharing knowledge and best practices with your peers.
  • Drive workshops with the stakeholders to understand their business context and collect their needs.
  • Access, manipulate, query, and analyze data using different software, tools and techniques.
  • Be part of the data modelling process (design and implementation) as well as in the definition of business rules that will ensure data consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate closely with other Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Architects and Data Scientists during the implementation and deployment of the advanced analytics solution.
  • Pre-process, clean and structure data to facilitate data exploration and advanced analytics/Machine Learning activities
  • Design and implement dashboards using advanced visualisation tools.
  • During the project acceptance phase, test advanced analytics solutions to validate their quality.
  • Learn and use modern data preparation, data exploration, visualisation tools, and techniques.
  • Work in cross-functional agile teams to continuously experiment, iterate and deliver on new product objectives
  • Benefit from dedicated training to maintain and develop your Data Analyst skills.
Are you the one?
  • You have a master's degree or equivalent in IT.
  • Data & Data Analysis has been your world for 3-5 years .
  • You are an experienced Data Analyst looking for new challenges in the transport industry.
  • You are a proactive problem solver with innovative thinking with a strong sense of teamwork.
  • You are an expert in writing advanced SQL queries and doing data modelling are natural activities for you.
  • You are experienced in working on data manipulation and data modelling.
  • You are experienced and can mentor others in designing and developing dashboards using PowerBI
  • You are familiar with Azure Data Analytics Stack (Storage accounts, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, SQL Server, SQL Database, etc.).
  • You are familiar with ETL data processing tools like Informatica, ADF, etc.
  • You are familiar with writing Python scripts for data preparation/cleaning.
  • You have good experience in working in Azure Synapse workspae
  • You have experience working in an international environment.
  • You have demonstrated a growth and learning mindset.
  • You have excellent communication skills in English (C1 level).
