Volvo Group Digital and IT (D&IT) is seeking an Application Developer/Support Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users for various software applications, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with other members of the team to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.
Key Responsibility
  • Assist application support to collect common incidents and draft KBs.
  • Assist developer for design and developing end-to-end solutions from an idea to quality product.
  • Escalate issues to appropriate team members when necessary and ensure proper communication with end-users.
  • Assist with the deployment and configuration of new software applications.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to software applications.
  • Contribute to the evolution of existing products for new features and improvement.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of software applications.
  • Good learner who has passion to use new tools and technologies to build great products.
  • Self-starter who is great at solving problems, customer focused and willing to take challenges.

Main competence requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Willing to be a software engineer.
  • Know JavaScript/TypeScript, or mainstream frontend framework: vue,,angular or,uniapp
  • Know any script language: python, PowerShell, shell.
  • Know SQL database or NO SQL database.
  • Fast learner, be able to adapt different tech stack quickly.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Understanding Azure cloud or any other cloud platform is a plus.
  • Works in average 3 days/ week or more, and last for 6 months
