Program and Supply Capacity team is GTP representative in S&OP process and lead Capacity Management activities in order to secure the needed capacity and flexibility for GTP supplier base.

What are your new challenges ?
As Program and Supply Capacity Manager Electronics you will lead Capacity Management activities in order to secure the needed capacity and flexibility for GTP Electronics supplier base.
Within GTP, you will animate the network of commodity buyers and Supply Partner Development (SPD), Purchasing Project Manager (PMP) to secure required capacity and flexibility at suppliers.
As a member of S&OP networks, You will represent Purchasing in S&OP relevant meetings and stakeholders committees, strong interface between GTP, GTO, Brands…

Your responsibilities in this position
  • Prepare and consolidate the GTP S&OP answer for the scope of GTP Electronics and volume plan referent for his/her scope
  • Hold a consolidated view of Mid Term capacity plan for the main components of his/her scope
  • Manage Capsus Capacity questionnaire completion to support a data and fact based S&OP answer
  • Interface with all required stakeholders (e.g. GTO, Brands…) to anticipate capacity and flexibility needs
  • Organize internal GTP communication concerning S&OP, Long Term Volume Forecast, capacity and flexibility, major plant production rate adaptation as well communication with supply partners when it comes to capacity and flexibility needs
  • Participate as needed in Commodity Purchasing management meetings
  • Represent GTP in relevant GTO forums
  • Participate in Risk Management Committees
  • Contribute to Program supply capacity management and S&OP process development
  • Be a member SNR & PM - Program and Supply Capacity management team
  • Work in accordance with the GTP processes and the Code of Conduct
