People Operations Lead (temporary position)

In the Compensation & Navigator Operation team, our mission is to help our company to succeed with its people. As our Team Leader you will support us to achieve this goal via overseeing and organizing our daily work. But it is not only about making sure we are on time with our delivery but also about creating supportive, motivating environment and build culture of feedback!

The Team Lead is expected to be operational in the delivery but also to be responsible for the team delivery. The Team Leader is expected to have a good knowledge and experience either in a relevant technology or/and in a business solution/process, combined with good leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring high quality & consistency of services provided by Compensation and Navigator Operation.
  • Overseeing and organizing daily work of the team members (having first-level decision mandate).
  • Care to improve team members engagement, create and maintain good ambience in the team, motivate team members, taking into account employees’ personal goals and features, support the manager in recognizing top performers, support the manager in identifying training and development needs of the team members.
  • Act as first point of contact or escalation point for all areas within the Compensation and Navigator Operation team responsibility.
  • Manage and participate in complex global projects and improvements related to process/ system (e.g. Project X, RPA solutions etc.).
  • Represent the team in contacts with stakeholders and in various forums, caring for the appropriate team identification.
  • Take part in preparations for recruitment processes in the team.
  • Create and deliver various customized operations related reports on demand.
  • Co -creates supportive tools, templates.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks on the Compensation and Navigator Operation request and support the manager in other necessary actions related to the team.
Skills and Experience:
  • Thorough knowledge of HR processes (knowledge of Navigator is an added value).
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in all MS Office applications.
  • Ability to take ownership and resolve challenging /complex situations with good judgment and know when to escalate matters as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
