Parts Billing Accounting Associate II

Job Summary:


Process dealer parts invoices, research and resolve dealer discrepancies.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Process supplier invoices which includes generating invoices to dealers for parts shipped from supplier, entering data into Accounts Payable to register the invoices for payment and setting up confirming only orders
  • Research issues and resolve discrepancy claims
  • Issue debit and credit notes to customers and suppliers
  • Provide customer support in accordance with Service Level Agreements
  • Work Vendor Statements
Required Competencies:
  • Knowledge of Financial Policies and Procedures related to parts billing as defined by Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures and Internal Control
  • Proficient use of different invoicing systems with emphasis on various parts billing systems, especially AS400, VIPS, On Demand
  • Proficient knowledge of SAP
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
Minimum Education Required:
  • AA/AS in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience required
  • 1 year experience in accounting or sales billing
