Salary: £25,000 + Commission + (Company Car after 6 months)

This is an exciting opportunity for a Truck Sales Trainee to embark on a journey of learning, gaining valuable knowledge, and honing your skills in selling the complete range of Volvo Trucks products and services. As a Truck Sales Trainee, you will be at the forefront of Volvo Trucks' mission to build a greener future. By promoting our award-winning truck range. You will play a vital role in helping us hit our global target of 50% of all new trucks sold to be battery or fuel-cell electric by 2030, electric trucks are becoming a reality and a sustainable solution for cities and businesses alike.

The comprehensive 2-year program combines formal training and hands-on experience to shape you into a successful sales professional. During the first three months, you will work closely with our Dealers and Customers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Shadowing various team members in different departments, you will grasp the intricacies of Volvo Trucks, including aspects related to business and finance.

You will undergo technical training on Volvo Trucks products, becoming proficient in selling the complete range and ensuring customer satisfaction. Using our Customer Relationship Management system, you'll actively prospect for new business and maintain strong customer relationships.
Your involvement in regular business reviews will be key to exchanging ideas, customer leads, and valuable information. Additionally, you will attend and support customer events, fostering strong connections and promoting our truck range.

Who Are You?
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual with a target-driven mindset and a keen focus on delivering results. Your exceptional customer service experience will be valuable in building strong relationships with clients. As an inquisitive learner, you have a strong desire to grow and develop within the role. While recent graduates will find this opportunity advantageous, it is not essential. However, a valid driving license is a must for this position.
