creating sustainable business and empowering people - we are looking for a: Business IT Process Management & Development Manager


MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Business Development
  • Responsible for uncovering, developing, and optimizing internal business processes in relation to the ongoing further development of business applications.
  • Ensure CRM / CPQ solutions right application in the company and future developments.
  • Digitalization driver: responsible for roadmap proposal on digitalization related matters. The digitalization and System support should be transversal to all departments.
  • Responsible for leading and coordinating the optimal use of business systems seek for business process simplification through technology. Keeping up to digitalization development within the market.
  • Contributing to various optimizations in the organization, as well as validating and preparing analyzes and reporting to the organization
Project Management
  • Drive project management for all approved IT projects for the company including management and implementation of business application updates.
  • Be the main speaking partner in relation to the selection and implementation of various management tools and business applications that can improve the business, both locally and together with the Volvo CE team.
Infrastructure and Operations
  • Responsible for all Dealer applications: maintenance, development, end user training including follow up.
  • Maintains the responsibility matrix for all applications: owner/key user/business main user.
  • Ensure IT Infrastructure, business needs fulfilment and customer service delivery promise while following the Volvo Group IT guidelines.
  • Participate in the budget preparation for IT purchases and Investments
  • Responsible for application User rights controls and follow up.
  • Ensure Power BI setups / processing of data cubes and visual
  • Ensure better and sharper business solutions, and thus a better basis for the company's managers and employees to make the right decisions and optimize operations, production etc.
REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar
  • Strong IT background acquired in Consultant Firms or in complex business environment
  • knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Excellent English knowledge
  • Analytical with continuous improvement mindset and ability to challenge status quo
  • Motivated and self-directed professional with a good understanding of the Volvo organization and key processes Thorough understanding of owned retail operations current system landscape and architecture and strong dealer/customer
  • business process understanding
  • Capable of creating good communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong capability of utilizing digital collaboration tools to reduce complexity and increase work efficiency
  • Strong supporter of digitalization
  • Professional attitude and demonstrates the Volvo Values
  • Ability to drive stakeholder engagement and alignment
