This will be you - your new challenge

As a Product strategy manager for AI, you will be leading our digital transformation efforts, bridging the gap between business, AI technology, and user experience. Your role involves understanding user needs, aligning our digital products with our business strategy, and ensuring that AI initiatives consistently deliver value.

Some of the key responsibilities for this position are to define the vision, goals, and roadmaps for AI products in alignment with GTT's business strategy. Further on to oversee the entire AI product lifecycle, from ideation and development to deployment and decommissioning. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including D&IT, to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions and implement user-centric design thinking to optimize the user experience of AI-powered products. You will be responsible for developing and managing budgets, allocating resources, and creating project plans for AI initiatives.

Furthermore, you will:

• Gather and analyze market insights, technology trends, and competitive intelligence to inform AI strategy.
• Work with stakeholders and end-users to collect feedback and ensure AI products meet their needs.
• Ensure compliance with legal and security requirements in AI product development.
• Plan and execute product releases, including change management and training strategies.
• Identify and escalate successes, issues, risks, and dependencies affecting AI projects.
• Cultivate a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the organization.

Who are you?

To excel in this role, we expect you to have five years proven experience in product management, with a focus on digital, software or AI projects. We also see that you have a strong knowledge of UX principles and a solid understanding of AI and Machine Learning as well as experience in budget management and financial analysis. We are looking for you who is having a university degree or equivalent qualification, along with a background in AI, User Experience (UX), or service design. An MBA is a bonus.
