Solution Engineer - Supply Chain Solutions



Are you looking to join a team with strong commitment and an open and inclusive attitude? We are looking for a Solution Engineer to join the Supply Chain Solutions team! If you are keen on evaluating and analyzing business requirements on a continuous basis and would like to develop your competencies within Supply Chain area, then this might be the position for you. This role will not only gather requirements but will also be actively involved in the development process with an ownership mindset, driving the end to end change scope.

Position description:
  • Requirement gathering, modelling and analysis
  • Preparing system analysis artefacts for the business stake holders and for the development team
  • Analyzing & documenting non-functional requirements
  • Documenting system TO-BE state using user acceptance criteria
  • Advising & recommending solutions
  • Closely collaborating and supporting development and QA teams

Required experience:
  • Experience as a solution engineer or system analyst.
  • Self and well-organized way of gathering system knowledge and being independent system analyst
  • Experience in creating charts mapping the business processes
  • Knowledge of tools needed to gather and document business requirements (User Stories, Use Cases, Business rules)
  • Great communication skills to communicate with the business stake holders and document clearly system requirements

Qualifications:
  • University degree or equivalent, preferably within the IT domain.
  • Experience and knowledge of Mainframes, Service Market Logistics solutions and Automotive Business landscape will be a plus.
  • Certificates proving the competences within business and system analysis
  • Advocate a learning mindset
