In this role, you will be a part of a global team working together with DPO and manage EPTS support and education area. EPTS is a department at Volvo Group that works with embedded products and tools for factories and workshops all over the world.

Role mission & context

As the Solution Engineer, you will be a part of the stable team working with EPTS applications providing support and holding training for our customers working in factories all over the world. You can create and improve a truly global product, interacting with colleagues and stakeholders around the world.

We are looking for a person that have experience providing trainings to customers. We need an openminded and honest team player who appreciates fun at work.

Key responsibilities:
  • Hold trainings to our business as well as internal users.
  • Create and update training material.
  • Handle communication with users seeking help from the application support team.
  • Identify and implement improvements in the application support routines.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze issues reported by applications users.
  • Reproduce and report technical issues to our developers or providers.

Critical competencies and skills for the position:
  • Experience within support organization.
  • Experience holding trainings.
  • Good facilitation, communication and presentations skills.
  • Complete proficiency in English is required.
  • Experience from Agile methodology is a benefit.
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing process is benefit.
  • Knowledge in Embedded software field is benefit.
