Following the successful collaboration with the Renault Master van, Renault and Renault Trucks will extend their cooperation agreement within the light commercial vehicles segment to include distribution of the Renault Trafic compact van.
Starting in June 2009, Renault Trafic will be distributed in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxemburg, Switzerland, Austria, and later in other countries covered by Renault Trucks´ European network.
The Renault Trafic is a complement to the current product range of Renault Trucks’ light-duty product offering, already comprising the Master (2.8 to 3.5 t), Maxity (2.8 to 4.5 t) and Mascott (3.5 to 6.5 t).
Since January 2001, Renault Trucks is a part of the Volvo Group.
