We are bringing to market a next-generation open platform for the transport and logistics industry. Our Platform is designed to promote cost savings and new business opportunities for its members by providing them the opportunity to interact in a network of trusted relationships. Members will have access to various transportation management services developed and deployed by third party service providers through the platform interface.
We are a small focused innovative team established in a partnership with one of the major cloud and software providers. After only 11 months of work, we are ready to start rolling out the solution to our early adopter customers. We have ambitious plans for roll out in a much bigger way throughout 2022. We need your help!

What we are looking for
Starting immediately, we are looking for a digital support engineer to help us to define, design and deliver platform support. Our customers need help ranging from platform onboarding to ongoing support for established customers. We want to take advantage of the current technology shift to increase the digitalization and automation in the operational support, but without compromising on the quality to our customers.
Our goal is to have the solution include online tools and information as well as interactive support. Ideally, we will continue to refine the tools to the point where customers can onboard and execute by themselves – leaving the operations team to handle the real challenges and continuously improve the base support offering.
We are looking for someone that is prepared to learn the support process by doing and committed to transform the learnings to step by step create the best support process and support tools. Included in the operational support is:
  • Onboarding to the platform
  • Connecting to the platform via APIs
  • Capturing and resolving platform issues
  • Capturing and reporting enhancement requests
Communication is one of the most important requirements of the role. Communicating with the customers as to what their questions, challenges and suggestions are and also communicating with the rest of the team to get fast solutions as well as great ideas for future products and features.

We also believe that the following experience/understanding is valuable in the role:
  • Digital logistics from planning through to execution
  • Tools for providing digital-first customer support (chatbots, community question boards, digital support ticketing)
  • Capture and validation of new requirements, suggestions, and requests
  • University degree in computer science or simila
Work location: Sweden Gothenburg, minimum of hybrid working
