Technical Trainer


Mission of the Job
Develop OEM/Dealer technical competence, improve OEM/Dealer engineer in qualified ranking. Conduct the planned training activities. Manage training facilities and optimize the efficiency. Develop and manage new media courses.

Main responsibilities
  1. Develop dealer and engineer’s comprehensive competence both technical and commercial wise.
  2. Setup training plan for dealers and OEMs according to current service level and business direction.
  3. Conduct the trainings planned and requested from customers such as OEMs or fleet owners.
  4. Develop dealer’s training capability and training business.
  5. Push OEM/Dealer engineer finish the online training course.
  6. Develop standard training course material (E-learning, ILT, new media) and keep it update.
  7. Manage OEM/Dealer engineer data in VPDMS.
  8. Organize engineer ranking test and technical forum.
  9. Manage training hubs and improve training facility efficiency.
  10. Follow Argus Case for the quick response and closure.
  11. Join or support important activities such as heat care program or key project.
  12. Assist technical support for dealers or OEMs or fleet user.
  13. Assist in service marketing and customer care program.
  14. Assist in the policy setup, execution and dealer management.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree or above majored in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. Internal Combustion Engine is preferred.
  2. At least 6 years’ working experience in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or engine industry.
  3. At least 4 years’ experience in technical job position, and 2 years in training position.
  4. Team work spirit with energy passion.
  5. Good presentation skills.
  6. Good interpersonal communication skills.
  7. Proficient written and spoken English skills.
  8. Proficient PC skills.
  9. Willingness to travel domestically and overseas.
  10. Working experience in foreign invested companies preferred.
