What are we expecting from you?

You are motivated to work with technologies and project, so this training within the program management organization will give you many possibilities like working with different persons such as Project managers, develop skills into Cad and Layout area. This will offer you great opportunities to grow into the project management area and also the communication part.

As trainee within the Program management organization, you will interact with a great and full of energy manufacturing engineering department.

Within your role of Layout leader, you will manage the 3D layout creation by designing from the 3D scan the layout of the future plant. you will be implementing in augmented reality and Virtual reality the result of your work and communicate about it with the change manager. This Training period is part of the transformation of our assembly lines and will be related to Layout creation of the assembly plant.
You will be the project leader of the 3D layout Strategies implementation.
The aim will be to support the creation of the plant in 2D, being the contact with the Project manager to treat the request and the future layout concept.
You will also work with the organization of the layout changes management.
You will have timeline and deliverables to fulfill supporting the teams on their goal.
