Solution Consultant MS D365 F&O and Field Service

We are currently looking for a candidate to join our MS Dynamics ERP team and be part of the MS Dynamics community working with and supporting Volvo Construction Equipment with their ERP system.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide high quality support for our customers using Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations in Project area and Miscrosoft D365 CRM/Field Service.
  • Cooperate with business users and deeply understand their goals and needs.
  • Provide best solutions for gaps in the system and if not possible propose workarounds.
  • Gather requirements, document, and present new solutions for business users.
  • Prepare technical documentation for new customizations in both Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations and Microsoft D365 CRM/Field Service.
  • Implement Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations and Miscrosoft D365 CRM/Field Service according to company's methodology.
  • Proactively support users by testing new versions of the Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations and Microsoft D365 CRM/Field Service.
  • Identify gaps and propose solutions to optimize productivity for dealers & maximize customer experience re-written and changed to it’s own bullet).
  • Share and drive new ideas of making our Products even better.
  • PowerApps and PoweBI knowledge as benefit.
  • Cooperate and share knowledge with the team, vendors and all stakeholders.
  • Be an active part in roll-out and other projects.
  • Identify and minimize project risks.
  • Continuously improve technical and professional skills.
  • Be up-to-date with capabilities of the competing solutions.
Your Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in the fields of finance, Field service.
  • 3+ years of experience in implementing of ERP solutions.
  • Excellent understanding of business application concepts and terminology.
  • In depth technical knowledge and skills related to Microsoft Dynamics AX/Dynamics 365 Finance including core application structure, application object structure and relations, migration strategy and tools, security framework.
  • Technical knowledge about Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Office, Share Point, PowerApps.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to express ideas and concerns clearly, concisely, logically, and persuasively both verbally and in writing.
  • Positive attitude, team player.
  • Motivated and result-oriented.
  • Ability to take ownership, responsibility, and initiative.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid Microsoft Professional certificate for a Microsoft Dynamics application is an advantage.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written language skills).
