And how can you make an impact?You are a seriously experienced design leader with passion for incorporating human-centered perspectives into digital product and service visions and strategies, emphasizing an end-to-end journey mindset. You are passionate about making sure that UX is a consistent part of the development process, throughout the digital product and service lifecycle. You see it as a personal mission to drive UX maturity, increase the wider organization’s understanding of UX and how and when to employ UX resources and methods in the service of business goals.
You are well-versed in design methods and best practices, across multiple disciplines like Service Design, UX research, & Interaction Design. You are a dedicated specialist who likes to inspire and drive positive change by identifying and prioritizing roadblocks and untapped opportunities for increased efficiency, effectiveness, collaboration and alignment across many teams and individuals. You enjoy connecting to people, you listen to understand, and you identify gaps and iterate upon solutions continuously.
You are comfortable facilitating a complex stakeholder landscape and at ease within a multifunctional leadership team, knowing how to contribute beyond own area of responsibility.
You take pride in making sure that UX is a consistent part of the development process,
throughout the product and service lifecycle by:
- actively work to ensure well-integrated UX design in stable teams framework
- aligning UX across delivery areas to enhance the end-to-end journey perspective
- ensuring that UX designers meet the needs of the delivery areas and/or strategic initiatives – such as identifying team challenges, support both individual & team coaching, and that the right competence mix is at play to drive both innovation, feature upgrades and maintenance within a product context.
You evangelize good UX practices and you know that design can be democratized and scale beyond designers.
