Remanufacturing Technician

Remanufacturing requires significantly lower consumption of natural resources, energy and contributes less CO2 emissions. For these reasons, remanufactured components are an increasingly important part of our spare parts business, keeping our trucks running for second and third product owners.

What is the job?
As a Remanufacturing Technician on our team, we will count on you to disassembly, clean, test and assemble components for our customers. You will use your technical expertise and troubleshooting skills to do your work using basic hand and power tools, lifting devices, testing equipment as well as powered and manual pallet jacks. You will perform functions that include standing and moving about, reaching, handling parts, stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting, carrying, pulling and pushing. You will apply your past mechanical experience in order to help produce a quality product for our customers.

Who are you?
You are familiar with or interested in working in a manufacturing environment. You bring a passion for cooperation and like working as part of a team. You have a positive attitude and are a self-starter. You enjoy being hands on and have good dexterity. You like a challenge and enjoy learning new things. Ideally, although not required, you have education or experience in automotive work or have worked in a manufacturing environment. You are willing and able to use powered industrial equipment. You have a high school diploma (or GED) and the ability to complete all necessary documentation in English and you are able to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical examination. We will provide an opportunity for you to display your skills and knowledge through an interview process.
