Job Summary:
Order Management & Logistics Coordination with HO
MRS Configurator
Inventory Control and Management – Machines, Parts, Attachments and PDI Consumbles.
System Key User (IDMS) & MOM
Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
Responsible for Invoicing and complete order desk management.
Coordinate with the HO for the machine arrivals , GRN and import documentation.
Complete Inventory Count and management of Machines, Attachments and Consumbles.
Purchase order Releases for both Machines & Attachments & Consumables for Imports & Local Vendors under the supervision of S&O P Manager.
Coordinate with HO for Tier 2 Supplier Purchase Order to Delivery and GRN for the Special Attachment Business.
Record Management
Timely customs Clearance of Import machines & attachments.
Efficiently managing imports containers from different Plants in cost effective manners
FIFO management for attachments & buckets.
Price release for the sales codes with S&OP Manager.
Managing the WH for In & Out bound operations.
Handling Letter of Credit transaction Import & Export
Required knowledge & experience:
