Renault Truck Commercials' prestigious Reading Dealership is looking for an excellent Vehicle Dealership experienced Service Advisor to provide a service to customers that will promote the profitable sale of Workshop Services and Products.

This position is the first point of contact for both face to face and telephone customers and is a central position between the workshop and service areas of the business as well as involvement in the support of admin and invoicing functions.
08.00 to 17.00 Mon-Fri 40 hrs with alternate Saturday mornings paid at time and a half.

Paying up to £33,000 DOE plus overtime paid at time and a half
If you have the following skills, we'd like to hear from you:
  • Familiarisation of book times
  • Familiarisation with Vehicle parts.
  • Understanding of relevant systems relating to the Service Department including changes and on-going developments.
  • Interested in product development by reading relevant technical information issued.
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Confidence and upselling skills
  • Customer focus
