Purpose of the role
  • To provide administrative assistance and professional support to SVP Volvo Trucks China



Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for calendar and travel management, and provide administrative support
  • Business meetings arrangement in general, and take meeting minutes upon needs, track execution of minutes and so on
  • Support in the data collection and consolidation, and prepare business report as required
  • Provide timely, efficient administration work
  • Assist in the high level visits and activities internally and externally.
  • Effectively utilize the assistant network within VCIC and VT network when team efforts are required
  • Other tasks as assigned

Main requirements
  • Excellent oral & written English & Chinese
  • Work experience in automotive related industry
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft office, in particular MS Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good team player with active attitude
  • Good at multi-tasking in a fast-moving working environment
  • Time management and stress-handling
  • Detail and result oriented, broad-based administration skill needed
  • High level event planning and execution experience
  • Extremely pay attention to details
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion


Work flexibility:
  • Position is based in Beijing
