About the Position
As the First Line Manager, you will be responsible for a defined area and will have blue collar colleagues as direct reports. You will report directly to a second line managerial level referred to as an Area Manager. The total number of employees and shifts in an area will differ depending on the function/area/department and actual volumes over time.

The ideal candidate for this position has a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and three (3) years’ leadership experience or (5) years minimum combined education and management experience within a manufacturing environment.
