Position : Learning Delivery Specialist
Drive Scheduling, Planning and Delivering the learning sessions and its full content, securing participation from trainers, partners, suppliers, Local Relays and/or the Academies.
Act as owner for the learning delivery process in the delivery activities
Be the interface towards participants, trainers and suppliers for the full learning delivery.
Operate and coordinate based on the deployment plan and receiver requirements (e.g. set training date, book locations, trainers, participant list).
Post and administrate sessions in the learning management system including drive the learning offerings (e.g. dates, locations, participants)
Be responsible to secure all practicalities related to the learning occasions including logistics and practicalities through VGU or the local facility contacts. Task can include i.e. visa and invitation letters, practical service such as food, beverages, creation and distribution of diplomas/certifications to participants.
Interface towards participants, trainers, suppliers and VGU country managers for all matters related to the learning delivery, logistics, and invoicing
Administrator role in the LMS(Navigator) system creating learning offerings, handling enrolments or cancellations, and re-planning for all learning deliveries.
Identify LMS(Navigator) system functional opportunities and maintenance required by the Business / Delivery and consolidate to CR (Change Requests) to further develop the system – provide CR to the system key-user / system owner
Develop the way of working and the job-role to ensure an efficient training delivery including establishment of global and local practical working routines and methods
Participate actively in building up the Delivery Specialist role and the delivery process within VGU
Drive and develop the Global learning delivery road-map per learning offering (product) and secure delivery approval from the VGU regional / VGU local Delivery Manager.
Participate in the development of new trainings in the TDP process to secure implementation of delivery requirements and to securing the delivery task in the TDP development project
Develop the annual delivery plan / schedule per learning offering
Support Employer Branding/VGU Identity and Group Communication/Public Relations.
Continually inspire, develop and motivate the people within and around VGU
Champion the culture aimed at giving a strong image of the function and being in line with AB Volvo values and principles (The Volvo Way, Code of Conduct etc.)
Minimum relevant experience is 6+ years
