What is the Job?We are seeking to add
an Financial Analyst to our team in our Lexington Production Plant. This role you will implement and maintain all the procedures and protocols regarding proper inventory control for the purpose of maintaining accurate system information.
Some of your core responsibilities will include:• Performs Variance Analysis on transactions and system to troubleshoot
variances and proposes corrections.
• Performs Ad-hoc reporting based upon analysis or deficiencies identified to
correct or improve process or system.
• Participate on Global teams for JDE, SAP, and/or Business Control projects.
• Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing
standard costs to actual production costs.
• Performs financials reviews monthly of COGS related accounts.
You May Have What It Takes for This Exciting Role…We are looking for a resourceful and responsible individual that can performs analysis, forecasting, reconciliations, and journal entries related to inventory. The candidate we’re looking for should be keen on teamwork, have great analytical skills and attention to detail.
In addition, effective communication and computer skills are necessary as is the need for fluency in speaking and writing English to communicate successfully with internal stakeholders at different levels of the organization as well as external stakeholders.
Education & Experience:This position requires the following:
• B.S. degree in accounting or business-related field or equivalent required.
• Experience with analysis of systems, financials, and other ad-hoc work.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft Applications
• Experience with Oracle/JDE Business Systems
• Experience with manufacturing, bills of materials, routings, and inventory
management
