We are currently looking for a system design Engineer to join the Powertrain Team
As a System Design Engineer you will be working over the whole span of activities of embedded system design and development. For instance, you will be working on Combustion system, EATS, 48V system,etc..This is us, your new colleagues
This position is within GTT (Group Trucks Technology) Powertrain Engineering where we work with multiple systems and components within design, development of our products for various trucks and bus ranges supporting global sites in both medium-duty and heavy-duty areas.

You experience/understanding from the automotive industry, system development, software development or you are a Function Developer with great attitude working cross functional and have a willingness to learn and take more responsibilityRequired skills and experience:
- Good Knowledge on Model Based development
- Automotive Understanding from the propulsion domain (combustion engines, EATS, driveline, electromobility,48V system…)
- Phd in Electronics / Electrical & Electronics / Control system Engineering or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
Automotive experience, MATLAB/Simulink model development, Target link, C, Embedded SW/HW, Control theory, HIL CAN, LIN, ISO 26262, J1939, AUTOSAR, Systems Engineering, Python.
Preferred: Function/SW development for Powertrain products understanding the technical aspects of a transmission. Leadership Competencies
