The role of Warehouse Associate
  • Responsible for the fulfillment of material/parts orders in a timely and safe manner
  • Responsible for the put-away of inbound parts and materials according to the standardized operating procedures.
  • Ensure all orders are completed with quality as a constant objective while working towards zero errors.
  • Carrying out job duties in a manner which is safe.
  • Participate in focus improvement areas, safety programs, and environmental initiatives.
  • Communicate with team leader any irregularities.
  • Interact with co-workers professionally and respectfully.
  • Adhere to all work rules and comply with established punctuality and attendance standards.
  • Regularly meet multiple deadlines while handling emergency requests in a timely manner.
  • Complies with company rules and policies while following instructions from supervisory and management personnel.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma of G.E.D
  • 1+ year of related material handling experience or training preferred.
  • Forklift certified.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
  • Ability to carry out instructions according to established procedures.
  • Ability to work overtime on an as needed basis.

Physical Demands to be met with or without accommodation:
  • Regularly required to reach with arms and hands.
  • Required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle tools/controls.
  • Required to sit, climb, squat and balance.
  • Required to be able to lift 70 lbs.
  • Required to drive a powered industrial vehicle.
  • Required to work at heights.
