Embedded software Engineer functional Team Leader F/H

As an embedded software engineer Functional Team Leader for the Vehicle Application team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a challenging and dynamic role, collaborating with a diverse team of stakeholders from across the organization.

Your mission:
  • lead the software team responsible for developing electronic components, embedded software, and cab functions such as dashboard displays and safety components.
  • working closely with key stakeholders such as Production, Aftermarket, Quality, and Vehicle Technology to ensure timely delivery of product evolutions for the Renault Trucks Heavy Duty line.
  • providing technical skills, leadership and support to the team, leveraging your knowledge of software development methodologies and tools.
  • playing a role in developing software solutions.
In addition to your technical responsibilities, you'll be a facilitator for decision-making processes. You'll also be responsible for coordinating and ensuring all stakeholders are able to contribute to the decision-making process in a collaborative and constructive way.

Your profile:

Graduated with a Master degree in Software Engineering, or a related field, you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven experience of success in managing complex software development projects. You also have abilities to lead and motivate teams.
