As part of the global Powertrain Engineering team, we share responsibilities and support between sites.
Verification, Testing and Materials Technology France department (VTMT) is reorganizing and is looking for 4 managers to join the leadership team, develop and embody a vision towards which to mobilize each of our employees.
We are seeking a talented individual to lead a group of preventive maintenance and development for our test center & materials laboratory.

Your mission and responsibility?
As Group Manager for preventive maintenance & development, your mission is to drive the preventive maintenance plans for our component benches, test cells and technical infrastructures, as well as to drive the development of our testing facilities, ensuring timely delivery and operating safely and effectively.
You manage the operational expenses and investments according to allocated budget.
You promote a mutual support mindset with other teams of VTMT in a willingness to resolve issues and constantly develop way of working by capturing opportunities for continuous improvement in the operations and implement necessary changes.
You also develop and maintain relationships with testing users, ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided by your team.
You collaborate with the other teams within PE to be updated with product development needs, to identify the new testing functionalities to be developed on time.
You will lead an experienced team of around 12 employees, and you will have the responsibility of a consultant work package contract to execute the preventive maintenance plans,
You will be an essential part of the VTMT leadership team, contributing to define the vision and mission for our big one team Verification, Testing and Materials Technology.
You are working proactively with all VTMT groups to share the expertise, to the benefit of VTMT department, and you promote a collaborative culture in all circumstances.

- Master's degree in science or equivalent
- Experience managing a team of people with diverse fields of expertise
