CA Case Manager

The Customer Adaptation is an important strategic area with the
aim to support truck sales. CA Case Manager is investigating, applies, offers
and plans production for our customers adaptations. We are looking for someone who wants to develop in a cross-functional team.


We work close to our designers, engineering, and production inside the Tuve Plant, where you have the possibility to go out and see your solution for each truck. Also, close collaboration with the market, development team GTT (Group Truck Technology) and purchasing. We stand in front of different challenges everyday where it is important to have an interest of problem solving, be “hands-on” and to be able to cooperate with your colleagues.

Requirements for the position and competence needed:
  • To have a suitable education (technical university degree, other education and extensive experience from production)
  • Experience connected to CA is preferred
  • Be business and customer oriented
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Eager to learn quickly when facing new problems, analyzing areas for improvements
  • Good verbal and written skills in English and in Swedish
