What are we looking for?
We are looking for a HR Administration Specialist. The ideal candidate is engaging and work hard with excellent communication, execution and planning skills. You will be a key point of contact for effective collaboration across Shanghai Plant, Linyi Hub, as well as external partners and vendors.

Key responsibility:
  • Conduct office administration work. Communicate among different departments for coordination in cross department company activities and projects.
  • Organize company training implementation and record.
  • Support on industrial workers’ recruitment.
  • Work closely with GRE and SD&I, manage lunch supplier, car rental company, drivers etc. to ensure convenient service and good quality.
  • Prepare HR monthly report and collect quarterly review data.
  • Organize various activities, including annual dinner, health check, Volvo star election etc.
  • Maintain and update contact lists in system.
  • Other assignments by manager.

Competence:
  • Excellent communication, execution and planning skills.
  • Ability to leverage resources and get things done and follow up.
  • Ability to get along with diverse personalities, mature, flexible.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Open-minded, quick learner, proactive.
  • Well organized, patient, service-oriented.

Educational Qualifications required for the position:
  • University degree
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Professional experience for at least 3 year
  • Good ability at digitalization
