In this role, you will be a part of the SML Controlling & Business Office Team and lead, coach and grow a diverse team of controllers with broad skill sets. Main Activities and Responsibilities
Your main mission will be to create transparency in our financial performance. To create this transparency, you and your team and network will have some key challenges and focus areas:
- Financial stability – Secure a base to understand the overall financial performance
- Analytic capability – Explore data in an efficient way for information purposes
- Story telling – Take the information analyzed and make it into something actionable
