CPA SAP & Business Administration is part of Technology, a new function within Group Digital & IT with a big stake in the Group’s digital transformation. Technology will modernize Volvo’s core digital backbone making it a platform for digital products.
CPA SAP & Business Administration is responsible for IT solutions for VCE, Buses, GTO Manufacturing, Finance, HR & Other HQ functions and shared SAP platforms used across the Group. Our digital talents develop capabilities and digital technologies to improve business performance and create value for the Group with speed and at scale. We collaborate with other parts of the organization, both in Group Digital & IT, with TD/BAs and Group Functions. We foster an environment where ideas, thoughts and opinions can be shared. This is how you could make an impact
You work as a Delivery Leader in the IT HR domain, which includes around 75 managed applications. Your scope is mainly on applications in the Travel management and Health & Safety area, either local or global. You interact with many people, like customers, users, development team, business analyst, solution leader, architect, infrastructure team, delivery manager, project manager. You secure that communication and sharing of information which could impact the IT deliveries or services, is done in a systematic way. You are responsible for the defined deliveries according to agreed budget, respecting time, quality and agreed SLA. You are highly involved in the operational work but also functional leader for a team and secure proper capacity and capability for its delivery. You have a strong knowledge about maintenance processes, tools and methods. For this, you secure work prioritization and distribution within the team and coordinate team’s activities. You are responsible for validation of production changes. You have an important role to play on the security side, by securing IT delivery in line with decided directives and frameworks, follow cyber-security requirements and raise security issues were discovered. You drive the identification and escalation of problems in supported services and solutions, and increase quality and efficiency in delivery by continuous improvements You contribute to maintaining and operating the applications in your scope, and you provide support to the business in using the applications and services. You also contribute to knowledge management and the documentation of errors and known workarounds. With your colleagues and team, you can act as a mentor, giving support, feedback and recognition related to delivery and performance. You introduce new team members and build open, honest and collaborative mindset within the team. You collaborate with the other Delivery Leaders in the IT HR domain in the regular activities, but also the Solution Leader and the Solution Architect to prepare the evolution or extension of this functional area and support the related projects. You deliver IT related estimations for one-time activities in your area. You have a strong relationship with the Delivery Manager, reporting agreed KPI’s, securing capacity planning for delivery and following-up IT budget for assigned solutions. From a resource perspective, you help the Delivery Manager to identify competence and development needs, develop team members skills and plan time for individual training, cross training within the team and knowledge sharing.

You have a university degree or equivalent.

You should be passionate about driving strategic & technological transformation in a business focused way to achieve real impact. You are sensitive to digital technologies, IT security and data privacy, with a good knowledge in IT solution development, run-time processes and tools. You have basic knowledge about architecture & integration.
Thanks to your analytical mindset and Critical thinking, you are can easily organize and prioritize tasks, and identify, structure, and tackle problems.
In addition to this, you are a passionate believer in continuous learning. You should feel energized by working both independently and interdependently, have proven skills in cross-functional collaboration and thrive in managing, foster and enable both the perform and the transform angles of the job.
