We work in an agile way to develop, maintain and support IT solutions used by one of Volvo Group businesses - Volvo Penta. Our Team members are located in Poland and Sweden. We have a multidisciplined team consisting of different skills that help us deliver digital IT products to our business.
We are looking for someone who will help us in the operational side of the delivery in eCom project where we deliver a new eCommerce platform built on Azure cloud infrastructure to dealers and customers all over the world.

WHO ARE YOU?
You have very good troubleshooting skills and experience in supporting users
You are skilled in managing communication with multiple stakeholders both internal and external
You have knowledge in scripting, log analysis (e.g. Kibana) and cloud based micro services architecture
You communicate fluently in English
Experience from technical support is an advantage
Experience in the area of eCommerce is an advantage

You are part of the daily activities for Operations in DevOps Team
You secure service availability by analyzing and resolving incidents
You monitor applications and identify bugs and potential solutions
You work with business representatives, other technical team members and suppliers to ensure a stable delivery
You secure knowledge sharing and documentation
