Maintainability Strategy Leader (m/f/d)

The Diagnostics & Maintainability Engineering department is a main contributor to high machine availability, low total cost of ownership and high customer satisfaction. Our mission is to increase profits for customers during the entire machine life by increasing the machine availability and making the operators, dealers and mechanics more efficient.

What are your tasks with us?
•You will develop and maintain a global strategy for maintainability in cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
•You will facilitate the emergence of generic maintainability requirements aligned with the strategy.
•You will lead the work with establishing global methods and standards for maintainability calculations.
•You are the main direct interface towards market for future maintainability needs.
•You will lead the activities to set maintainability targets on any product or component.

What you should bring along:
•Technical degree (MSc or BSc) in engineering or equivalent.
•Experience and knowledge in Construction Equipment maintainability area.
•Good networking and communication skills.
•Good business acumen and strategic mindset.
•Fluent in written and spoken English.
