We are now looking for the Thermal management system design engineer in Lyon.

With a technical lead profile, you will work from the early phases of the concept design, through product development phases to production. You will be responsible for requirement specifications, collecting and breakdown of stakeholders needs. Together with all impacted product teams (Cab, eMobility…), you’ll define the system to improve the heating/cooling features of the future platform vehicle. You will have an important role in balancing the technical solution and support for verification. Technical decisions towards projects and suppliers, making sure that we continuously improve the quality will be part of your scope as well.

You’ll be part of the Vehicle component team, including all vehicle areas: Cab, Chassis, Embedded System & Electrical Components.

Your qualification and profile?
  • Master of Science degree in Engineering
  • Solid experience in engineering development for the automotive industry
  • Knowledge on transport solutions would be a plus
  • Proven leadership experience, as leading people or senior project manager
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

In this position, you will report to a Vehicle Component manager – EMD BU.
