Your Profile
We are looking for you that have some years of experience in Product development and want to take the technical challenge of electrification to the next level. You enjoy developing solution that bring value to our customers while also ensuring they can be manufactured & serviced properly.

The Role
In this position, you will join the Electric trucks – Product Line, a dynamic and professional team of leaders who are given the mandate to switch Medium Duty trucks to electric.

You will be Project Manager, and as such be the right arm of the Product line Manager. You will then have responsibilities over technology development across all project phases, securing QDCF and leading the engineering team accordingly.

On top of it, you will also take responsibilities as a Prestudies leader in the upstream project phases. There you will have to deal with product evolution demands coming from various channels (customers, Legal, sales organizations or internal) and propose technical answers to address them and ultimately raise our Electric truck product to the next level.

Experience required
  • proven experience in project management and product Development of Mecatronic systems
  • preferably in a context of complex projects (business critical, challenging timeline VS. standard leadtime, visibility to high level of the organization, …)
  • automotive products & transport application knowledge
  • Knowledge in electrification is a plus
