Junior Learning Business Administrator

We are on an exciting digital transformation journey and the magnitude of the change is great. As Associate Learning Strategies, you will play a role in this change by establishing and executing together with the organization the learning strategies and significant competence shift required in our Digital Transformation. You will be a key player in our ambition to become the best learning organization in our industry.

These will be some selected responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance our Learning frameworks and tools
  • Manage operational activities with HR and leaders
  • Develop pedagogical content for our learning offer and hub
  • Analyze data to drive decisions/priorities/target groups
  • Support the organization in executing reskilling/upskilling programs
  • Build a strong relationship with learning portfolio owners, Volvo Academies, Subject Matter Experts in the organization
  • Benchmark, innovate and follow trends on ways of learning, build learning events, campaigns
  • Key contributor to product backlog managed by Learning Strategies Product Owners

Who are you?
You are a person willing to take the first step of a career in the Digital & IT organization. You look for international work environment, you are a team player that have the ability to build relationships with colleagues and leaders. You are flexible and like to work in a high pace environment. Having competences in the following domains will be important: digital agility (Sharepoint, Office 365, etc.), communication (English), User Experience design, data analytics, social networks, event management, Learning Management Systems. You are committed with a growth mindset and “can-do” attitude.
