What are we expecting from you?
You are motivated to work with technologies and project, so this training within the program management organization will give you many possibilities like working with different persons such as Project managers, but also use technologies, develop skills into flow management system . This will offer you great opportunities to grow into the project management area and also the communication part.
As trainee within the Program management organization, you will interact with a great and full of energy manufacturing engineering department.
Within your role of Virtual scan 3D leader, you will manage project about 3D layout creation and communicate about future technologies you will be implementing. Those technologies are part of the industry 4.0 transformation of our assembly lines and will be related to 3D Scanning/CAD creation of the assembly plant. You will be the project leader of the 3D scan strategy implementation. The aim will be to support the Scanning of the plant in 3D, being the contact with the Project manager to treat the Scanning into a CAD and then implement a WoW for the layout concept You will also work with next generation of IT Hardware like VR glasses or AR Glasses in the aspect to support the communication part of the layout. You will have a budget, timeline and deliverables to fulfill supporting the team on their goal.
