As one of approximately 100,000 employees all over the world, you will be treated with respect. Diversity networks

Diversity networks

Our diversity networks are employee resource groups that address different diversity dimensions. We currently have networks for female employees, employees who are gay, lesbian, bi- or transgender (Volvo EAGLE), cross-cultural networks, and networks for younger employees. And the door is open for more networks.

In addition, we have a global network for female top executives: Volvo GLOW, addressing leadership and intercultural management and promoting gender equality.

We know that diversity and inclusion are crucial to our business success as they increase innovation and employee engagement, help us cooperate between our sites across the globe and enable us to better connect with our diverse customer base. Diversity and inclusion targets are part of our strategic objectives, and we have been working systematically for over a decade to increase both. As a result, we are seeing a growing number of nationalities and an improved gender balance among our 300 top positions as well as in our employee base.

With all this said and done, being part of a diverse and inclusive team is also simply more fun and stimulating.
