You will be working as an active member of management team, partnering closely with the Director TDS ensuring alignment in priorities and strategy. You will run the daily operational business of your team working closely with other team managers
We are moving towards a proactive quality driven team focusing on driving improvements with a self-steering team approach. As a people manager you will have the full responsibility for your team. You will have quality dialogues to achieve desired engagement levels and be responsible for communicating process changes & group communication within the team
Additionally, you will have full ownership of the global support flow in your responsible area, manage and execute assigned ad hoc projects. You will actively be working with external customer/dealer contact & satisfaction and will also be expected to build & maintain strong collaboration with direct stakeholders.
