HR Systems Analyst / Global Key User (reporting)

Global Key Users team is looking for the person to join HR Reporting team and be a part of the French Reporting Group. The position is temporary job contract (maternity leave cover).
FR Reporting Group
This is, FR Reporting group whose purpose is to perform the regular, on-demand and periodic legal reporting for the French part of Volvo. We extract data, prepare reports, and perform appropriate actions on the data extensively using macros and employ specifically dedicated SAP transactions. To our scope belongs also communications with the stakeholders who are mainly HRBPs, managers, persons from French HRS and COE.

Key responsibilities
· Creating different HR reports based on SAP data
· Using Excel for reporting purposes at a very proficient level
· Using SAP transactions for the reporting purpose
· Writing and maintaining macros/VBA
· Working with reports automation
· Communicating with various experts on demanding HR issues
· Communicating with IT and other stakeholders
· experience in MS Excel including formulas and VBA.
· Being familiar with data collection, analysis and reporting
· Proficiency in the English language
· Basic knowledge of French language
· SAP HR knowledge is appreciated and will be necessary in your work
· Good communication skills
