The Volvo CE Advanced Engineering and Core Technologies function is now looking for a leader to drive our Electromobility & Automation function to secure our future. If you love coaching, collaborating and developing strategies, all while working with future technologies, then this is the position for you.
In this role you will be part of a supportive team that works closely together to ensure that we provide both the best solutions and technologies for not only our customers but also for a more sustainable tomorrow.
Our team today consists of 5 people with a broad cross-functional network. We are a team powered by diversity and the international environment we are operating in. For us a normal day exist of constantly new and exciting challenges. We as a team value social networking and the time spent together over a cup of coffee, discussing everything from technology to our hobbies. We also believe in great teamwork and growing together for a better working climate. We often engage in team activities together.
As a Director of Electromobility and Automation your focus will be on developing yourself and your co-workers. Part of your tasks will be to solve problems and to help our teams deliver both their professional and personal goals. You will facilitate, lead and inspire teams across the company to establish and drive the strategies and implementation targets for each global product line.
In this position you will be regularly leading change management and be a front runner for continuous improvement and agility as key areas for long-term success. We therefore value strong interpersonal and communication skills as highly important.
