Welcome to Lehigh Valley Operations Founded in Macungie, Pennsylvania in 1975, Lehigh Valley Operation proudly celebrates its 50th anniversary, coinciding with Mack Trucks' 125th milestone. The operation is a state-of-the-art t facility that manufactures the entire MACK® Class 8 product line, including the Pioneer and the New Anthem, as well as Cab Over Engine products such as the LRe.
The assembly process has been modernized to support the industrialization required for introducing new product offerings as well as additional tooling and equipment changes to support the Mack Brand ambitions to strengthen our manufacturing capabilities at Lehigh Valley.

Pat McHugh Jr., whose family legacy at Mack spans generations—from his grandfather's WWII service to his own children today. As launch leader for the new Mack Pioneer and Anthem trucks, Pat and his team ensure every truck leaving the line meets the high standards customers expect
