Finance Graduate Program

The Finance Graduate Program is designed for graduates looking to kickstart their career in Finance.

Designed to bring out the best in you

2024-2025 will be the first year of the Finance Graduate Program - an international program developed to transform our business with your help.

The program will facilitate a broad range of networking opportunities and project assignments, designed to help you find your particular niche, while providing a firm foundation designed to support your growth and strengthen your finance, business, people and digital skills.

What can you expect from the program?

During 12 intense months, you will get an end-to-end perspective of our Finance functions and how we co-drive the business, both from a local as well as from a Volvo Group perspective. From day one, you will have a permanent full-time role in one of our organizations with a competitive salary, where you will play an active role in daily deliveries. This graduate program is certified by TraineeGuiden.

In parallel, you will participate in a number of common training weeks with the other Finance graduates throughout the year, do various job rotations to increase your insights of the Volvo Group and last but not least you will grow as a person. Your professional and personal growth will be supported through individual and team development sessions, mentoring, coaching and feedback.

Our first version of this talent program will start by the end of August 2024. Look out for the job ads which will be posted from early fall 2023. Positions will be available in Sweden, France, USA, and Brazil.
