Mack
Deliveries from Mack through August totalled 24,863 units, up 5% from the same period a year ago. Supply chain capacity has become an issue in light of the historically high demand for trucks ahead of the US'07 emission regulations coming in January.

Renault Trucks
Deliveries through August totalled 51,351 trucks, a rise of 10% compared with the year-earlier period. The strongest increase comes from the heavy duty trucks (+21%), mainly due to the Renault Premium range (+29%), which is receiving very good interest from the customers in terms of cost efficiency and driving comfort.

Volvo Trucks
Volvo Trucks’ deliveries during the period January-August amounted to 65,752 vehicles, a decrease of 3% compared with the year-earlier period. Excluding Iran, deliveries rose by 11%. In the North American market, deliveries were up 18% to 24,197. Deliveries in Europe increased 11% and amounted to 29,938. In Poland and Russia, the demand was highly significant and deliveries rose by 70% (1,299) and 77% (1,269) respectively. The positive trend also continued in Germany and Italy, where the number of Volvo trucks delivered amounted to 2,771 (+18%) and 2,048 (+48%), respectively.
